Dr. Williams’ leadership philosophy is rooted in faith, resilience, and service. Having endured significant personal hardship and adversity, she believes deeply that “not letting go of the past will keep you from making millions. Stay focused.” Her upcoming book, Igniting Visions: From Ashes to CEO, chronicles her journey in a devotional-style playbook designed to educate, inspire, and equip others to navigate challenges while building purpose-driven businesses. Her “why” is clear: she believes God gave her a second chance at life, and she is committed to showing others that the same hope, restoration, and opportunity are available to them.

A former educator and assistant principal, Dr. Williams holds advanced degrees in education and leadership, has completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and maintains multiple professional licenses and certifications in healthcare administration, medical equipment, early childhood education, and real estate. She has volunteered thousands of hours mentoring youth, advocating for children in the court system, supporting terminally ill families, and leading initiatives with the Boy Scouts of America and her church community. Her values, including integrity, service, stewardship of time, faith, and treating others as she would want to be treated, guide both her leadership and her life.

Outside of work, Dr. Williams begins each day with prayer and meditation before balancing executive leadership with motherhood to her triplets. She enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding, spending time at the beach, watching movies with her family, participating in church activities, and attending Bible study. Above all, her personal mission remains steadfast: “Doing what I can, while I can, for who I can.”
